Empowered for Life Ministries

Wanda D. Kidd is a Award Winning Author, Pastor, Evangelist, Intercessor, Seminarian, Conference Speaker and Workshop Facilitator.  She is the founder of Vision Ministries Outreach, a non-denominational Outreach and now Empowered for Life Ministries, with a heart and purpose to target the “whole-man”...spirit, soul,  body...and offer positive alternatives to challenging situations through the Word.  She is the wife of Randall L. Kidd, Sr. and mother of two sons.

In 2016, Pastor Wanda founded Empowered For Life Ministries, which follows the heart of Vision's core foundations and offering with an expanded Outreach.  She  has also been an invited guest on Trinity Broadcast Network (TBN), where she shared her first book, "When It Hurts So Bad, It Must Be Good".  Additionally, she is also a recipient of the “Our Women of InfluenceAward, served on the Board of “Outreach for Single Parents” in New Jersey and received two Christian Writers Awards for her latest Release, "Out of My Ashes, I Will Rise!".  

Pastor Wanda's initial call and commission was to women and youth/teen issues. Her love for youth has also afforded her the opportunity to participate with Corporate Mentoring Programs for Teens. Additionally, she has organized Youth Leagues/Ministries and contributes ongoing to various charitable organizations for both family, women & Teen Support. She also ministers to battered and abused women, including ministry wives. The Lord has also expanded her ministry in recent years and has opened doors allowing her to minister to a culmination of people from a spectrum of venues to impart transformation & wholeness.

Wanda coordinated the “We Care Support Ministry,” which provided support to the children of single parents. She worked diligently to uncover and expose darkness, build lives and to present Jesus Christ to the many lost souls. Additionally, she studied at the Institute of Biblical Technology in Newark, New Jersey and The Philadelphia College of Bible, New Jersey. Her secular training stems from Kean University, New Jersey and Penn State University, in Pennsylvania, where she majors in Business Management.
